Whether you are a seasoned expert or a passionate newcomer, we provide the structure, systems, and support necessary to thrive in a high-volume environment. Our agents typically close 2–3 transactions per month within their first 60 days on the team.

Your Role
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound lead opportunities
- Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, and listing appointments
- Guide clients through the offer, negotiation, and closing process
- Maintain accurate lead and transaction activity within CRM systems
- Collaborate with team leadership and peers to continuously enhance performance
Requirements
- Active California Real Estate License
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with online leads or a desire to master lead conversion systems
