We are actively seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This position will provide technical assistance to our user base via desk-side, phone and ticketing system and works out of our facility in Woodland, WA. Come and grow with us!

How you Will Make a Positive Impact:
- Work in a team that supports WTI’s client, server and network infrastructure
- Provide technical assistance via desk-side, phone and email to WTI employees
- Document, track and monitor help desk system
- Partner with IT team in supporting clients, server and network infrastructure
- Document, track and monitor WTI’s helpdesk system
- Support various department projects
The Value You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prefer at least 1 year of experience, or a combination of education and experience directly related to supporting Microsoft Windows 10 clients in a Microsoft domain environment
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 Suite skills with Multi-factor Authentication experience
- SCCM imaging tools experience preferred
- Possess Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain in order to expand IT knowledge and experience
- Working knowledge of networking topologies and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be self-directed/motivated and able to multi-task
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Manage IT equipment inventory and able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to travel to company locations in US and Canada

Compensation:
- Pay rate is $24-28/hour
