Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed appropriately.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution to relevant staff.
• Answer and manage calls on a multi-line phone system with care and efficiency.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and organize office files and documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
• Assist in coordinating schedules and appointments.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to create and manage office documents.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
