A growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee technology operations across multiple locations. This individual will be responsible for supporting restaurant systems, managing vendors, leading support staff, and ensuring reliable technology performance company-wide.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant technology and POS environments
- Lead IT support efforts for multiple locations
- Coordinate system upgrades, implementations, and new store openings
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Support networking, hardware, software, and payment systems
- Supervise and develop technical support personnel
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting restaurant, hospitality, or retail technology environments
- Experience with multi-site operations
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Strong knowledge of POS platforms and payment technologies
- Vendor management and project coordination experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Aloha, Toast, NCR, SICOM, or similar POS systems
- Restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or multi-location retail environments
Compensation
- $85,000 base salary
