We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NYC Licensed DOB Site Safety Coordinator to ensure a safe and compliant work environment on residential construction sites. The successful candidate will oversee safety protocols within a large team, conducting regular inspections and training to uphold rigorous safety standards in accordance with local and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans and protocols for residential projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Coordinate and lead monthly safety training sessions for all site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB safety regulations, OSHA standards, and other relevant laws.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation to support regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and workers to promote a culture of safety across a team of 10+ members.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction safety.
• NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator License.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety audits.
