About the Role

We are a fast-growing quick service beverage concept in Marble Falls looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong local presence, and drive consistent sales growth.

This is not a “back-office” management role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys being part of the local community, and takes ownership of both team performance and store results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Drive Sales & Store Performance

  • Lead day-to-day operations with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer experience
  • Execute local marketing efforts and identify opportunities to increase traffic and repeat business
  • Track key metrics including sales, labor, and inventory to ensure profitability

Community Engagement

  • Represent the business at local events, pop-ups, and community gatherings
  • Set up and manage off-site beverage sales (tents, booths, etc.)
  • Build relationships within the Marble Falls community to increase brand visibility

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team that includes many high school and entry-level employees
  • Create a positive, structured environment with clear expectations and accountability
  • Handle hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

Operations & Execution

  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily reporting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in retail, food service, or quick service management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop younger team members
  • Outgoing, high-energy personality with a natural ability to engage customers and the community
  • Proven ability (or strong desire) to drive sales and grow a business
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Physical & Role Requirements

  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working both in-store and at off-site events
