Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Chester, PA | Full-Time School-Based Role

Blazer Jobs is now interviewing experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for a full-time position within a reputable school district in Chester, Pennsylvania. This is a rewarding opportunity to work 1:1 with students needing daily support in academic and behavioral tasks.

Requirements (Pennsylvania):

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience supporting students with disabilities strongly preferred

• Must pass background checks (FBI, PA State Police, Child Abuse Clearance)

• Current TB test and physical exam

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to assigned student(s)

• Assist with daily academic routines and personal care needs

• Implement behavior intervention strategies

• Monitor and document student progress

• Support inclusion in classroom activities
