Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologist to become part of a well-established, physician-led Women's Health practice located on the North Shore of Massachusetts. This is a remarkable chance to join a thriving community-based practice that has been serving patients for over 20 years and to take a pivotal role in enhancing a developing Midlife Women's Health and Menopause Program.

The practice is supported by an experienced Gynecologist, a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, and a dedicated support team. Physicians will benefit from robust integration with primary care referrals, a stable patient population, and the opportunity to cultivate a specialized clinical focus within gynecology.

This position is strictly gynecology-focused, with no obstetric duties, hospital calls, or inpatient responsibilities.

Clinical Focus & Practice Model

This role is tailored for a physician eager to engage in comprehensive gynecological care, with a strong focus on:

• Perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal care
• Hormonal and non-hormonal management strategies
• Uterine health, including abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids
• Endometriosis and complex pelvic pain
• Preventive and longitudinal women's health care

The practice is actively developing a premier Midlife Women's Health & Menopause Program, offering opportunities for leadership, program development, and clinical innovation.

Surgical & Procedural Practice

Physicians will have access to surgical services through affiliated community hospitals, equipped with experienced operating room teams and robotic surgery capabilities. The procedural scope includes:

• Office-based gynecologic procedures (IUDs, Nexplanon, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, and others within scope)
• Gynecologic surgical procedures, including hysterectomy and other advanced techniques as appropriate

Practice Environment

Join an established Women's Health program that has been serving the North Shore for over two decades. The practice environment is characterized by:

• A collaborative, multispecialty setting that includes Primary Care and Urogynecology
• A strong internal referral network within a growing independent health system
• A highly experienced clinical and administrative support team
• The opportunity to help define and lead a regional menopause-focused program

Lifestyle & Structure

The position offers a Monday to Friday outpatient schedule with:

• No obstetric responsibilities
• No hospital calls or inpatient duties
• An employed physician model featuring competitive compensation

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology (or OB/GYN)
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in Massachusetts
• A strong clinical and surgical background in gynecology
• Interest or experience in menopause medicine is highly preferred
• Certification through The Menopause Society (or willingness to obtain) is preferred
• Interest in uterine health, abnormal bleeding, and complex gynecologic care
• A commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
