**WE ARE LOCATED IN MIAMISBURG, OH**
Long established Christian/Conservative Estate Planning and Probate Attorney in Southwest Ohio looking for licensed, or soon to be licensed, Ohio Attorney to handle Estate Planning duties. Possibility of transitioning into ownership over a period of several years.
The Ideal Candidate
- Licensed (or Soon-to-be): Must be a member of the Ohio Bar in good standing (or a recent grad awaiting results).
- Values-Driven: You are comfortable working in a Christian/Conservative legal environment where integrity and service to the community are paramount.
- Detailed & Empathetic: Estate planning requires high technical precision and the "soft skills" to guide families through emotional life transitions.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are motivated by the prospect of firm ownership and building a legacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting comprehensive estate plans (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney).
- Navigating the Probate process and assisting clients with estate administration.
- Providing legal counsel on Elder Law and asset protection.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our established client base in Southwest Ohio.
