About the Role:
We’re looking for a New York attorney with at least three years of experience in civil litigation to represent lenders’ interests. Duties will include managing a portfolio of contested matters, including motion practice, reviewing client documentation, court appearances and settlement or other resolution. Communication skills and the ability to work well with others are also important as you will interact regularly with clients, agents, and other law firms.
The ideal candidate be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be in good standing and admitted to NYS Bar.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000 per year
*Base pay offered will vary by candidate and is based on various individual factors including but not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits).
