Spa Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Tones Day Spa

Tones Day Spa is seeking a dependable and organized Spa Operations Coordinator to help create a smooth, relaxing experience for our clients. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take ownership of daily spa operations.

What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
A team player who takes pride in their work
Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
5 or more years of experience is a must

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values a peaceful work environment, and is looking for a flexible part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointments, phone calls, and client communications
Coordinate therapists, treatment rooms, and daily scheduling
Help maintain a smooth flow throughout the spa
Prepare treatment rooms and keep supplies organized and stocked
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Support overall spa operations to ensure an exceptional client experience

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Hospitality
Healthcare or medical offices
Salons or spas
Hotels
Customer service roles

Schedule

Part-time
Flexible shifts available Monday through Saturday
Ideal for someone seeking extra income with a consistent schedule
