Pipe Yard Helper – Midland, TX
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Pipe Yard Helpers to assist with daily operations in a busy pipe yard in Midland, TX. This is a physically demanding position involving material handling, loading and unloading pipe, maintaining the yard, and assisting the yard team with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading pipe and other materials.
Help organize and move materials throughout the yard.
Assist with preparing pipe for shipment.
Assist equipment and forklift operators as directed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Perform general labor and other duties as assigned.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Safely handle heavy materials and work around moving equipment.

Requirements:

Previous pipe yard, oilfield, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.
Must be able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Must be flexible and willing to work overtime (OT) as needed.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must have reliable transportation to the Midland, TX worksite.

Required PPE:

Steel-toe boots with metatarsal protection are required.
Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and other required PPE must be worn as directed by the employer.
