JOB DESCRIPTION
An oncology provider in Flagstaff, AZ is looking to hire a dynamic Telephone Operator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from the Flagstaff location. You will transfer the incoming calls to the computer and through their EMR system. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume. The team is looking for someone who is cross-trainable and would want to move into a scheduling role in the future. You will be responsible for various customer service functions while communicating effectively to provide assistance to customers by phone. You will be responsible for decision quality and responding to customer inquiries effectively and efficiently while resolving problems related to services provided by the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-High School Diploma -1+ year of professional experience (customer service, scheduling, etc.) -Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task -Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft (Outlook, Office Word, Excel)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Experience as a medical receptionist or pre-service coordinator experience
Pay: $19/hour
Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
6-month contract to hire
