A well-established Fairfax, Virginia law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its busy practice. This is a high-volume role for a paralegal who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Commercial litigation paralegal experience
- Top-tier technical skills, including:

- Advanced document production
- Adobe Acrobat (bookmarking, bates labeling, redactions, assembling filings)
- Legal research
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and multi-task effectively under deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- College degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing, formatting, and managing complex litigation documents
- Assisting attorneys with discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation
- Conducting legal and factual research
- Managing case files and deadlines
- Coordinating filings and document production across multiple matters
