Litigation Secretary (Bankruptcy / Creditors’ Rights) | Phoenix, AZ

We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join a well-established, mid-sized Phoenix law firm with an outstanding culture and highly competitive compensation.

This role supports a busy practice handling Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights (default judgments), Financial Services, Real Estate Litigation, and Condemnation matters.

Key Highlights:

· 3+ years of Arizona litigation experience required

· Experience with Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights strongly preferred, but not a deal breaker

· E-filing in State & Federal Courts + calendaring/docketing expertise

· Strong technical skills (MS Office; iManage a plus

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
