Civil Litigation Associate
(2-4 Years)

What You’ll Work On
You will work on sophisticated civil litigation matters, including:
• Catastrophic injury
• Product liability
• General negligence
• High-exposure tort litigation
Associates work directly with partners and play a meaningful role in case development.
Your Responsibilities
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Manage discovery and case development
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Work closely with partners on litigation strategy
What We’re Looking For
• 2-4 years civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense experience strongly preferred
• Deposition and motion practice experience
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Professional courtroom communication
Compensation & Benefits
• $140,000 – $155,000 base salary + bonus
