Cake Decorator | Bronx Production Facility
$20-26/hour + Full Benefits | Immediate Start

Established NYC specialty food company needs a cake decorator for the commissary supplying tri-state retail locations.

What You'll Do:

• Decorate 10-20 cakes daily, plus tarts and pastries
• Buttercream piping, fondant work, and chocolate decorations
• Assemble custom cakes per specifications
• Meet daily production deadlines

What We Need:

• Experience decorating 10+ cakes daily in a bakery, grocery, or production facility (not home-based or small custom cake shops)
• Proficient in buttercream piping, fondant modeling, and chocolate tempering
• Able to lift 25-50 lbs, stand full shift
• Spanish is helpful but not required

NOT a fit if:

• You only do custom cakes (1-3/day)
• You work from home kitchen
• You've never worked in a production environment
