What You’ll Do

• Greet customers professionally and create a strong first impression

• Listen carefully, document concerns clearly, and set proper expectations

• Recommend and sell needed services with confidence and integrity

• Build accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians

• Secure approvals, provide timely updates, and manage workflow efficiently

• Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (independent or dealership)

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and tires

• Experience with POS / shop management software (we use top-tier systems)

• Excellent communication, sales, and follow-up skills

• Honest, dependable, and customer-focused mindset

• High school diploma or equivalent
