Lead Project Manager – Data Center Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Project Manager with 10+ years of experience designing, planning, and implementing enterprise Data Center Solutions in both physical and cloud environments. This role will lead mission-critical technology programs in a large, complex organization that supports thousands of end users and stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring a security-first mindset, proven cross-industry experience, and the ability to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure in a high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale Data Center and Cloud transformation initiatives.
Architect and implement secure, scalable, multi-tenant infrastructure solutions supporting both traditional and SaaS-based applications.
Partner with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, networking, security, and application owners) to ensure alignment with business and operational needs.
Drive program governance, risk management, and compliance to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Manage multiple vendors, integrators, and contractors to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity are built into all solutions.
Deliver projects within environments that serve diverse stakeholders and large user populations.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical oversight to project teams.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing large-scale technology projects with a focus on Data Center and Cloud solutions.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
Experience delivering secure multi-tenant architectures and SaaS offerings.
Proven track record working within complex, high-demand environments (e.g., education, healthcare, financial, or public sector).
Exceptional leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification required; security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a strong plus.
Experience in environments requiring strict regulatory compliance and data security.
