Responsibilities
Cleaning
- Remove dust and clean screen surfaces to prevent electrical damage
- Keep the pre-cleaning section clear to maintain efficiency
- Monitor rice bran collection and clean before clogging occurs
Checking
- Inspect belt tension and adjust as needed
- Ensure pressure doors function properly for smooth operation
Lubrication
- Lubricate bearings every three months to keep machines running smoothly
Monitoring & Best Practices
- Prevent overloading by monitoring capacity and making adjustments
- Handle machines gently and avoid turning them upside down
- Pre-clean paddy before husking to remove debris and improve rice quality
