Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a corporate transactional paralegal to join a well regarded mid size firm in the downtown Pittsburgh area. This firm offers exceptional benefits, paid time off, 401K matching and a supportive culture.
Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate formation documents, annual reports, dissolutions, amendments
- Organize and maintain corporate minute books
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions
- Draft various corporate documents, resolutions, contract review
- Conduct legal research regarding regulatory matters
- UCC filings as well as state and federal filings
- Manage deadlines and the database
- Work with clients and various government agencies updating statuses
Qualifications
- Experience supporting attorneys within the corporate transactional space, M&A or commercial real estate
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm, corporate legal department or banking institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Understanding of corporate governance

Pay Details: $33.00 to $44.00 per hour
