Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal
Location: Hybrid remote - Evansville, IN OR Louisville, KY
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000; Competitive, commensurate with experience

We represent contractors, developers, architects, and other construction professionals in a wide range of legal matters including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic construction litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, electronic discovery, managing high-volume, complex case files, and assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Prior trial experience required. Experience in construction law preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and discovery.
• Handle and organize case files, evidence, and exhibits.
• Manage voluminous electronic discovery, including document collection, review, and production.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
• Assist in trial preparation and support during court proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and court procedures.
• Mentor and supervise junior paralegals and support staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation support.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, electronic discovery platforms, litigation support software (i.e. Trial Director), and document management tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
