Lead Teachers & Teaching Assistants (Ages 12 Months–Pre-K)

Giving Tree Early Learning, the early childhood program of Hasten Hebrew Academy of Indianapolis, is seeking warm, creative, and collaborative educators to join our growing team for the 2026–2027 school year.

Our program serves children ages 12 months through Pre-K in a nurturing, play-based environment inspired by relationships, exploration, creativity, and hands-on learning. We value curiosity, kindness, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive and nurturing approach with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Flexibility and willingness to collaborate
• Experience in early childhood education preferred
• CDA, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree preferred for lead teachers
• Teaching assistants should enjoy working with young children and supporting classroom teachers
