In this contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and detail-oriented atmosphere.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Handle inbound calls with care, providing accurate information and support.
• Perform receptionist duties, including maintaining front desk operations and scheduling appointments.
• Deliver concierge services to support staff and guests, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Provide administrative support as needed to enhance office operations.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on being detail oriented.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
