We work closely with operators, investors and landowners throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. We are seeking a motivated paralegal who values precision, organization and accountability. This position is ideal for someone with experience in oil and gas and real estate law who enjoys drafting and reviewing legal documents, supporting transactions and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with drafting, reviewing and managing legal documents related to oil and gas and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mineral title, leases, conveyance documents and curative instruments and is capable of working independently while supporting project teams.

Required Qualifications

· Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience

· Background in oil and gas and/or real estate law

· Strong drafting, proofreading and document review skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Technical Skills

· Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Adobe Acrobat (including document comparison and markup)

· Familiarity with county recording systems and legal descriptions

· Experience with document management systems preferred

· Basic understanding of title reports, run sheets and curative documentation

Primary Responsibilities

· Draft and revise legal documents related to oil and gas and real estate transactions, including leases, assignments, deeds, affidavits, ratifications and curative instruments

· Assist with preparation of closing documents and transaction packages

· Review title reports and abstracting materials to identify and address curative issues

· Maintain organized digital files for active projects

· Communicate with landowners, attorneys, abstractors and internal staff as needed

· Support additional legal and administrative tasks as required
