A national litigation firm is expanding its general liability defense team in Atlanta and is seeking a litigation associate to join a busy insurance defense practice.
This role is ideal for associates who want hands-on litigation experience and strong mentorship while working on high-exposure defense matters for major corporate clients.
🏛 The Practice
National litigation firm representing many of the largest companies in the world, including Fortune 500 clients, in complex disputes across the U.S.
The Atlanta team focuses on general liability and transportation litigation, defending businesses in high-stakes claims and commercial disputes.
🧩 The Work
Associates on this team are actively involved in litigation strategy and case development, including:
• Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
• Managing discovery and case analysis
• Participating in depositions and hearings
• Supporting trial teams on cases that regularly proceed to verdict
This is a true litigation role with meaningful responsibility early in your career.
🎯 Ideal Background
• 2–5 years litigation experience
• Georgia Bar admission
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation
Helpful but not required:
• Deposition experience
• Transportation liability exposure
• Professional liability or coverage experience
