About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our ongoing marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives. This position works closely with the marketing team to help coordinate campaigns, communicate with customers, and support day-to-day marketing activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Assist with customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
- Communicate with customers regarding products, services, and current promotions
- Help coordinate marketing events and promotional activities
- Prepare and organize campaign materials and resources
- Track campaign activity and maintain accurate records
- Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company
- Provide general support for additional marketing projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service, events, sales, or a related area is preferred
