Job DescriptionI am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer A for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in St. Paul, MN 55117. Details for the position are as follows:
Pay Rate : $82 Hourly
Title : Senior Staff Software Engineer - Sr. Project Manager
Location: One St Jude Medical Drive - St. Paul, MN 55117
Duration : 12 months+ months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Looking for Senior Staff Software Engineer – 12 months to start
ONSITE full time 5 days per week.
Main work is in C++ --- seeking minimum Bachelor Degree, prefer Masters or higher
5+ years’ experience with C++ sought (They use C++ 17)– any experience with Qt/QML and Linux is preferred. Open/GL, signal processing, graphics in general would be a big plus.
Working in Agile format- strong teamwork, communication skills desired.
Mostly adding more features to EnSite product – application level development, Qt GUI development. We’re NOT doing embedded work.
There are a lot of old legacy code, in addition to new – so ensuring we don’t break anything, as the environment is multi-disciplinary sub systems, beyond just software.
Likely 2 rounds of interviews – looking to have someone start asap.
