Job Title: IBM Envizi Architect / Technical Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Envizi Architect / Technical Consultant to support the design, configuration, and deployment of IBM’s Envizi ESG Suite for sustainability and ESG data management. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, implement solutions, and provide technical expertise for the successful delivery of Envizi modules, including Environmental Data Management, ESG Reporting, and Emissions Calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the Envizi services scope and create the solution architecture for select clients
Lead and support the technical implementation of IBM Envizi solutions across various client environments.
Configure data integrations, APIs, and data pipelines to automate data ingestion from enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, EHS, facilities, energy).
Assist with data mapping, transformation, and validation for ESG and sustainability metrics.
Work with business stakeholders and sustainability teams to understand ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB) and align technical solutions accordingly.
Build dashboards and reporting tools within Envizi to visualize emissions, utilities, and ESG performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Ensure data integrity, security, and quality in the Envizi platform.
Stay up to date on ESG and sustainability reporting trends, Envizi product updates, and IBM’s broader AI and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Envizi or a similar ESG/sustainability data platform.
Strong knowledge of ESG data collection, carbon accounting, and sustainability reporting.
Experience with SQL, Python, or data integration tools (e.g., ETL, APIs, middleware).
Understanding of data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and voluntary standards (e.g., CSRD, GHG Protocol).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

IBM Envizi certification or IBM partner experience.
Experience working in large enterprise or multi-national environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
Experience with Maximo Application Suite or other IBM sustainability tools is a plus.
