A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with school-aged children near Maple Grove, MN. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to students’ academic and personal development.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly regarded
Proficiency in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and conducting assessments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in diverse learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other specialists to support student success
Document progress and maintain thorough, compliant records
Participate in IEP meetings, student conferences, and team consultations
Educate and support staff and families on communication strategies
