Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the goGLOW Lead Specialist role at our vibrant and innovative custom airbrush tan boutique in West Lake Area in Austin. As the lead, you will embody our mission to "Radiate Confidence" and oversee various aspects of the business. You will lead grassroots marketing, manage product inventory, drive sales, sell memberships, monitor booking utilization, manage client communications, and lead a team of tanning specialists who share our values of Empowerment, Confidence, Knowledge, and Luxurious experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking Utilization and Client Management:
Monitor appointment bookings to provide a welcoming and luxurious experience.
Utilize your knowledge to address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, reinforcing our commitment to empowering confidence.

Team Leadership and Training:
Lead a team of tanning specialists who embody our values of Empowerment, Knowledge, and Confidence.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment encouraging growth, teamwork, and exceptional client service.

Sales and Membership Growth:
Execute sales strategies that reflect our promise to bring out clients' best, natural selves.
Promote and sell memberships that empower clients to embrace their uniqueness and radiate confidence, prioritizing their self-care.

Product Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of product inventory levels and replenishment needs.
Uphold our commitment to exceptional client service by ensuring the availability of high-quality tanning products that accentuate our clients' true colors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail or salon management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively. (3-5 years preferred)

  • Leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop a team of tanning specialists who embody our personality and values.

  • Creativity and networking skills to establish and nurture community partnerships that reflect our bold and luxurious nature.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service that embodies our promise and values.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration.

  • Proficiency in using technology and software for inventory management, client communication, and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions that align with our mission.
