Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and restock guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
  
• Change bed linens and replace used towels and amenities
  
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and ensure general room tidiness
  
• Report maintenance issues or lost & found items to supervisors
  
• Maintain cleaning carts and supply closets
  
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and infection control guidelines
  
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service when interacting with guests
  

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
  
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team
  
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift
  
• Reliable and punctual
