Front Desk Full Time:

Kinetic Physical Therapy Institute (www.kineticinstitute.com) is seeking 1 full time time (35-38 hours a week) for a medical receptionist for our clinic in Woodbury, MN. We are the first postural restoration physical therapy clinic in Minnesota and have a large patient base for our 5 providers to treat. We are looking for a friendly, hard-working professional to become a member of our work-family long-term. We pride ourselves on a happy work environment and a cohesive team. The ideal candidate would be looking to stay with us long term, most people who have worked here have worked with us stay here for 9+ years. Depending on provider availability and appointment schedule your day could start as early as 6:30am and go until 6 pm. Some flexibility may be required to help cover time off or if provider schedules change.

Pay: $18+ / hour depending on experience

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Collecting patient and insurance information
• Answering and managing multiple phone lines
• Patient payments and balance collection
• Rooming patients and cleaning rooms/equipment
• Laundry
• Sending and receiving medical records
• Working with providers on schedules
• Working closely with our office manager, owners, and other receptionist
• Administrative support
• Additional miscellaneous tasks as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma / GED
• Ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail
• Multi-tasker
• Computer and EMR proficient (will get training on eClinicalWorks - our EMR system)
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, ideally at least 1 year of prior medical clinic experience
