Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Sales Associate to support our expansion by driving outbound business development and recruiting top commercial real estate brokers. This role is ideal for someone who is high-energy, confident on the phone, and motivated by performance-based income. You will be responsible for identifying talent, initiating conversations, and helping bring new brokers onto our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with brokers, investors, and clients daily
- Assist in sourcing new business and relationships
- Support recruitment lead flow, outreach, and follow-ups
- Coordinate recruitment marketing, social media, and brand presence
- Work directly with leadership on growth goals

Compensation
- Time: Part Time (25-35 Hours / Week)
- Pay: $25 / hr
- Bonus: $500 - $1,000/hire
