Job DescriptionPosition Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support daily warehouse operations for e-commerce order fulfillment. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely, and prepared for timely shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately from warehouse inventory based on order details.
• Pack customer orders with care to help prevent damage during transit.
• Verify item counts, product SKUs, and order information before shipping.
• Label packages and prepare shipments according to carrier and company requirements.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues to the appropriate team member.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily order volume and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or packing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic reading and counting skills to follow order instructions and inventory labels.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the shift as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using handheld scanners, warehouse management systems, or shipping software.
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Work Environment

This role is performed in a warehouse setting and may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive motion, and lifting moderate to heavy items. The position requires attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity throughout the workday.
