Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a distinguished law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal with strong wage-and-hour expertise for its Downtown Los Angeles or Emeryville, CA office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft correspondence, motions, and related legal filings.
- Compile and finalize tables of contents and tables of authorities.
- Coordinate and process filings in state and federal courts.
Required Experience
- Employment law paralegal background with direct experience in wage & hour, PAGA, and FLSA matters.
- Demonstrated proficiency with TOA/TOC preparation.
- Skilled in drafting motions, performing cite checks, and supporting litigation teams.
- Experience managing attorney calendars and deadlines.
Position Details
- Hybrid work schedule: two remote days and three onsite days weekly.
- Work location options: Downtown Los Angeles or Emeryville, CA.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $80,000 to $100,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
