Currently we are seeking a “PHP Developer” for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.
Position: PHP Developer
Location: Draper, Utah, 84020, United States (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months
Need only local candidates
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our proprietary banking web applications and systems using PHP, SQL, and web technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features as well as maintain existing systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Embrace Agile principles and practices to promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and resolve issues that surface in our existing applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our applications and APIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE –
- 3+ years of PHP
- HTML CSS, Javascript, SQL
- Python is a huge plus
Soft skills:
- Team player and willing to learn and adapt
- HUMBLE! Not looking for a developer who thinks they know everything and wants to make sure everyone knows about it
- Need to have a personality and ideally be outgoing/open to constructive criticism
- Hungry, smart, can get things done but most importantly is HUMBLE
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with IBM DB2.
- Experience with IBM RPG ILE, CL, and Stored Procedures.
