Wencl Plumbing is a locally owned plumbing and HVAC company that has served Owatonna and the surrounding communities for more than 45 years. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse / Shop Associate to help keep our technicians and installation teams equipped, organized, and ready for the workday.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and supporting a team. Previous warehouse or trade experience is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory for both plumbing and HVAC equipment and parts
- Help prepare materials and tools for plumbing and HVAC installations and service calls
- Ensure the shop area remains clean, organized, and safe for all staff
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies, materials, and equipment for jobs
- Track and maintain accurate records of shop inventory, equipment, and parts
- Assist with general shop maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Support the team in other tasks as required to ensure efficient daily operations
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourly, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or trade environment (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems and tools is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
