Our client, a leader in innovative technology and robotics, is seeking a Facilities Handyman to join their team. As a Facilities Handyman you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
- Support workspace setups, office moves, and furniture assembly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, service requests, and vendor interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with basic tools, building systems, and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and perform physical tasks as needed.
