This company specializes in both airside and landside aviation construction, including hangars, maintenance facilities, terminals, and aviation-adjacent commercial buildings. Projects often involve pre-engineered metal buildings and require seamless coordination with airport authorities, FAA compliance, and secured operational zones.

Requirements:
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including at least 3 years in aviation or airport-related infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of airside construction protocols, FAA safety standards, and airport coordination.
- Experience overseeing pre-engineered metal building projects from concept to close-out.
- Strong leadership capabilities, able to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders in active aviation environments.
- Proficiency in construction management platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Ability to manage budget, schedule, quality, and safety performance simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing construction projects in secure airport zones or under TSA/FAA oversight.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience).
