General Manager – New Store Opening (QSR / Fast Food)
Central Square, NY
$65,000 – $75,000 base salary + Monthly Bonus
Full-time | New Store Opening December 2024
A NEW high-profile fast-food restaurant location is opening in Central Square, NY, and we are seeking a high-caliber General Manager to lead the launch and oversee all daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven restaurant leader to build and shape a new team from the ground up.
What You’ll Lead
- Full restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
- Guest experience + hospitality standards
- Drive-thru and speed of service performance
- Training, development and coaching of team
- Labor and scheduling
- Food cost management & inventory
- Safety & food safety compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years GM experience in fast-food / QSR / high-volume quick service
- Successful track record driving speed-of-service, labor control, food cost and training culture
- Strong leadership with the ability to build teams and promote from within
- Hands-on, high-accountability style — leads by example
- Passion for people and guest service excellence
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 – $75,000 base salary
