$150,000 - $175,000
A growing and well-established organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead its reporting and analytics function while managing a team of Business Intelligence professionals. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with leadership and business strategy.
In this role, you'll help transform large volumes of business data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across finance, operations, and executive leadership. You'll also play an important role in advancing the organization's use of AI and modern analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Intelligence professionals.
- Design and enhance executive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Partner with finance, operations, project management, and senior leadership to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting across multiple data sources.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility into business performance.
- Recommend new reporting capabilities, automation opportunities, and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Establish reporting standards and best practices while continuously improving reporting processes.
- Prioritize projects, manage competing initiatives, and communicate progress with leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related experience.
- Prior leadership or management experience.
- Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and enterprise reporting.
- Experience translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Exposure to AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, or reporting automation is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project-based industries is a plus.
