Connection is hiring a Collection Analyst who is ready to take ownership, connect with customers, and help keep business moving. You’ll gain hands-on finance experience, strengthen your problem-solving skills, and work with supportive teams across the organization—all while building a strong foundation for your career.
What you’ll own:
- Build trusted customer relationships and learn what drives their payment decisions.
- Pick up the phone, lead productive conversations, and resolve outstanding balances.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and solve questions involving payments, pricing, tax, freight, returns, and delinquencies.
- Review held orders and help move them toward timely release.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams on fraud reviews, reporting, and special projects.
What will help you succeed:
- A relationship-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Confidence on the phone and the initiative to keep conversations moving.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data.
- Working knowledge of Excel; SUM formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP are a plus.
- Clear communication, curiosity, and a team-focused approach.
