Staff RN – Job Description
\n Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, 3×8-hour shifts
\n Call: Weekend call once every 4.5 weeks; night call 4–5 times per 6-week schedule
\n Responsibilities:
\n Provide safe, quality nursing care using the nursing process.
\n Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
\n Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
\n Monitor patients and report changes to physicians.
\n Educate patients and families throughout care.
\n Document patient care accurately.
\n Support and delegate tasks to nursing staff.
\n Requirements:
\n Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
\n Valid Ohio RN license.
\n Current CPR certification.
\n Previous RN experience preferred.
\n Strong communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
\n
