Job Title: Workday Solutions Architect

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Commerce)

Duration: Contract to Hire or Full-time Direct Hire


MUST be Workday Certified for consideration, prefer Workday Pro Certification (knowledge tracks of interest are HCM, or Integrations).


Job Scope:

The Workday Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Workday platform and ensuring alignment with business strategies and drivers, while impacting productivity, agility, product/service timeliness, revenue growth, and cost reduction. The role will focus on the company’s effectiveness and organizational structure by improving the current IT Infrastructure, Security, Application, Data data-integrated technology solutions, while developing a clear strategy and direction for how to integrate current information programs and technologies to increase productivity and structure in the workplace. The Workday Solution Architect will design, coordinate, and manage the organization’s Workday solutions to perform more effectively and enhance the business processes. The role is also responsible for evaluating the enterprise technical solutions to detect any vulnerabilities or discrepancies in their performance. The individual partners with all areas of the Business and Information Technology organization to drive standards and best practices, eliminate redundancies, and deliver on objectives within product development, business process design, IT/Business operations development, software development, and their respective lifecycles. Develop and review architecture artifacts and manage adherence to the architecture framework. The position reports directly to the IT AVP of Enterprise Applications as an individual contributor role.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Workday ecosystem performing solution architecture functions and integration / technical roles.
  • Active Workday certification in HCM, FIN, or Integration, Pro preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Workday modules, configurations, integrations, data model (inclusive of reporting and analytics) and methodology.
  • Experience with Workday integration tools, including Workday Integration Cloud, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate and Workday APIs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (i.e., HIPAA, PCI, PII, Privacy, etc.) are required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry operations is preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred.
