Compensation:

$50,000 - $155,000 at plan yearly commission

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
  • Leverage our tech-driven systems to generate and nurture leads, turning potential buyers into satisfied homeowners.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic team to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
  • Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and trends.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the community, building relationships and promoting our brand's commitment to giving back.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
  • Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel informed and confident.
  • Proven track record of leveraging technology to generate and nurture leads, turning potential buyers into satisfied homeowners.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Commitment to participating in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to collaborate with a dynamic team, sharing insights and strategies to foster a supportive and innovative work environment.
  • Must have a NC real estate license.
