A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy services. This position supports virtual speech-language services within a school setting and runs from August 19, 2026, through June 4, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Location:
- Virtual services provided for Nottoway County Public Schools in Blackstone, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive teletherapy speech-language pathology services to students.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families via virtual platforms to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience with teletherapy or telespeech service delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for virtual environments.
- Ability to manage caseload and adapt therapy techniques for remote sessions.
- Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology preferred.
