Job Title: Cybersecurity & Vulnerability Management Engineer

Location: Boston, MA (Onsite role)

Key Responsibilities:

Non-Attributable Account (NAA) Remediation

• Support migration of shared/non-attributable accounts to managed service accounts.
• Manage Active Directory allow/deny lists.
• Coordinate password resets and security controls.
• Implement solutions such as BeyondTrust and Transparent Screen Lock.

Software Governance

• Identify unauthorized or unlicensed software.
• Support software allowlisting and exception management processes.
• Ensure compliance with software governance policies.

Vulnerability Management

• Deploy and manage CrowdStrike EDR.
• Support OS patching and security hardening.
• Identify End-of-Life systems and remediation plans.
• Perform server vulnerability assessments and remediation.

USB Security Controls

• Assess USB usage across lab environments.
• Implement USB access controls and exception processes.
• Reduce security risks associated with removable media.

Cross-Site Support

• Provide hands-on support to global lab sites.
• Manage access requests and service accounts through ServiceNow.
• Support major security and infrastructure changes.
• Troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, and security issues.
