Job DescriptionJob Description:
Provides tier 2 technical support and system access to approximately 15,000 customers using ServiceNow ticketing system. Troubleshoots hardware and/or software issues independently in workstation support, desktop support, business continuity, information security, network connectivity knowledge of MS Office (O365) and use of ticketing system software.

Questions

  1. Do you understand, and will abide by, the provision in your subcontract with OST that it is PROHIBITED for government equipment to be taken or used outside of the United States by your contractors? It will result in immediate termination of the contractor and make them ineligible for rehire in the program.

  4. Travel may be required throughout the state of Ohio. Does your candidate accept?


Candidates will work onsite in Franklin or Madison County.

Required Experience

  • Professional experience working with computers in a Help Desk/Support role
  • Professional experience in a customer service-related role, providing phone and video support for users with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
