Trusts & Estates – Planning

  • High-net-worth estate planning
  • Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts
  • Advanced wealth transfer strategies
  • Estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning
  • Advising individuals, families, and fiduciaries

Trust & Estate Litigation

  • Will and trust contests
  • Fiduciary disputes
  • Breach of fiduciary duty claims
  • Beneficiary and trustee representation
  • Probate and trust administration disputes

Requirements

  • Current State License
  • Prior experience in trusts & estates planning or litigation
  • Strong drafting, analysis, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families (planning roles)
  • Litigation experience in probate or trust disputes (litigation roles)
